Rototherm acquires Thermocouple Instruments Limited, one of UK's leading manufacturers of temperature assemblies and primary flow elements, and RTD Products, one of the world's leading manufacturers of RTD ceramic wire wound elements.

Rototherm is taken over by an ambitious management team with the vision to develop Rototherm into a global leader in instrumentation products and services. The new shareholders immediately begin an investment program to strengthen the Group foundations, such as implementation of a world class ERP system.

Rototherm Group acquires HNL Engineering Limited, a leader in the manufacture of temperature and pressure switches, and manifolds, as part of the company's strategy to add complementary products to its portfolio.

In order to strengthen the Group's technology capabilities, Rototherm Group acquires Canongate Technology Limited, a world leader in non-invasive level and liquid concentration measurement through ultra-sonic technology. IRPCO Instrumentation Engineers In order to build a strong service presence and provide better after-sales support, Rototherm acquires IRPCO Instrumentation Limited, a dominant instrumentation service provider and Eurotherm partner for South West UK.
