Sous-Vide Needle Probe
To measure the internal core temperature of vacuum packed food, simply attach a piece of the foam tape (included) to the vacuum pouch then pierce the foam with the fine needle probe to measure the core temperature of the food on the digital display. Piercing through the foam ensures that vacuum pressure within the pouch is not lost.
